RETURN POLICY

Should you have received damaged product or product innvad quality, or you have decided to return the product for any other reason, you may do so and request money refund.

•  You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
•  Any damaged items received must be reported within the 14 calendar days.
•  Please fill the Return request form down below.
•  Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
•  The product must be returned in its original condition.
•  Please include any invoice or proof of purchase.
•  Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.
•  Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
•  You will be notified by email on receipt of the return.
•  Once the item has been received and monitored, you will receive funds back within 10 business days. Funds are return to the same card from which the purchase of the product was made.
